Kaylee McClellan
I became a financial advisor because I believe that financial confidence is one of the most powerful gifts you can give yourself — especially when life doesn't go as planned.
As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, I work primarily with women navigating major life transitions. Over the years, I've seen firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to face financial decisions in the middle of grief, uncertainty, or change. That's exactly why I'm honored to volunteer with Wings for Widows — because no one should have to figure out the financial side of loss alone.
My credentials include the CFP® designation, the Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor® (APMA®), and the Behavioral Financial Advisor™ (BFA™) — a designation that has deeply shaped how I work with clients. I don't just look at numbers; I pay attention to the emotional weight that financial decisions carry, and I meet people where they are.
In my practice, I focus on helping women build confidence in their financial lives — not by overwhelming them with information, but by simplifying the path forward, one step at a time. I believe the goal of financial planning isn't just a number on a spreadsheet. It's peace of mind. It's independence. It's knowing you're going to be okay.
I'm based in the Twin Cities area and am proud to offer my time and expertise through Wings for Widows to serve clients virtually, wherever they are on their widowhood journey. I genuinely love what I do. Financial planning allows me to combine analytical problem solving with long-term relationships, helping clients navigate decisions that matter over time. It's work that is both challenging and meaningful, and I care deeply about doing it well.
