Eric Blake
Eric’s passion for serving widows is both personal and professional. Raised by a single mother and having watched his grandmother navigate widowhood at just 62, he understands the emotional and financial challenges that follow the loss of a spouse. Through his work with countless widowed clients, he has witnessed the resilience of women facing one of life’s most difficult transitions and is honored to guide them with empathy education and clarity.
At Blake Wealth Management, Eric helps clients create comprehensive retirement and income plans that simplify their financial lives and align with their long-term goals. His approach combines practical education with compassionate support empowering widows to make confident decisions about Social Security investments and taxes at their own pace.
As a volunteer coach with Wings for Widows, Eric is grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside women as they regain control of their finances and envision a secure purposeful future. He also hosts The Simply Retirement Podcast where he shares guidance and real-life stories to help women navigate widowhood retirement and other major life transitions.
Outside of work, Eric enjoys time with his wife Dawn and their family. His daughter Kaitlyn Blake-Lolliot and son Eric Blake are both members of the Blake Wealth Management team and his granddaughter Sloane remains his greatest joy and daily inspiration.
