Money has shaped my story from the beginning. I was raised by a single mom after my parents divorced when I was very young, and I saw firsthand the stress and uncertainty that financial challenges can bring. Those early years gave me not only a deep understanding of the emotional weight that money can carry, but also a calling to help others find peace and hope in the midst of life’s storms.

That calling led me to study Personal Financial Planning at Texas Tech University, where I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees before becoming a Certified Financial Planner (CFP)®. Today, I serve as a Senior Wealth Advisor at Beacon Pointe, where my work is about more than numbers—it is about walking alongside people with wisdom, compassion, and steady guidance during times of transition.

Over the past decade, God has given me a special heart for serving those navigating grief and loss. Some of the most sacred moments of my career have been sitting with clients in seasons of heartbreak and helping them move from fear to clarity. I believe that in times of great sorrow, the love of Christ calls us to be His hands and feet—to comfort, to encourage, and to help carry the burdens that feel too heavy to bear alone.

Volunteering with Wings for Widows is more than pro-bono financial advising to me—it is a ministry. My desire is to offer practical guidance while pointing to the eternal hope we have in Jesus. I want every widow I meet to feel not only relief from financial overwhelm, but also the assurance that they are seen, loved, and never alone.

I live in Wylie, Texas with my husband and our three young boys. My family has deepened my appreciation for faith, community, and the organizations that pour God’s love into others in life’s hardest seasons. In the quieter moments, you’ll find me on the golf course with my husband, cheering on the Dallas Stars, or enjoying a good cup of coffee.

The patience, empathy, and grace that guide my own walk with Christ are what I strive to bring to those I serve. It is my prayer that through Wings for Widows, God uses my gifts to bring comfort, clarity, and peace to those enduring the unimaginable—and to remind them that “The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit” (Psalm 34:18).
