Nicole Tang
Nicole is a graduate of Stanford University. Her work brings together financial planning and the personal challenges that often accompany major life changes.
Early in her career, Nicole worked as a preschool teacher. When one of her students lost his father, the family could no longer afford to keep him in school, and he had to leave her class. She never forgot that experience. It showed her how the loss of a loved one can bring financial hardship and how quickly those challenges can affect a family’s future.
Nicole earned a master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology and built a career in financial services, working in wealth management as a Client Service Associate with Merrill Lynch and a Private Wealth Analyst with Rockefeller Capital Management in Los Angeles. She became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional. Her experience in wealth management deepened her interest in how people's emotions, values, and circumstances influence their financial decisions.
Today, Nicole is a life coach who helps people find peace of mind and clarity as they navigate life’s transitions. She is also a Certified Money Coach through the Money Coaching Institute and is involved in the death doula community in Honolulu. As a caregiver to her grandmother, she understands the importance of compassion and support during vulnerable times from both personal and professional perspectives.
In her spare time, Nicole enjoys spending time in nature, dancing hula, creating art, and being with family and friends.
