Make an In-Kind Gift

What If Your Unused Assets Could Make a Difference?

What is an In-Kind Gift? An in-kind gift is a donation of goods, property, or services rather than cash. These valuable contributions allow you to support our mission while potentially receiving tax benefits for items you no longer need.

Examples of In-Kind Gifts: In-kind donations can take many forms, including vehicles such as cars, trucks, boats, and motorcycles; travel rewards like airline miles and hotel points; real estate including homes, land, and commercial property; stocks and securities; and tangible items such as equipment, supplies, or collectibles.

How It Works: When you donate an in-kind gift, we work with you to arrange the transfer of ownership. For many types of donations—particularly vehicles and real estate—we partner with specialized services to handle the logistics at no cost to you. You'll receive documentation for tax purposes, and depending on the item's value, you may be eligible for a charitable tax deduction based on the fair market value.

Why Give an In-Kind Gift? In-kind donations offer a convenient way to turn assets you no longer use into meaningful support for our work. They can provide significant tax advantages, especially for appreciated assets, and allow you to make a larger impact than you might through cash alone.
