Getting Connected with Your Volunteer Coach is Easy
- Complete the Financial Wellness Survey. If you have completed the Financial Wellness Survey, thank you. If you haven't, please complete the Financial Wellness Survey here. The Financial Wellness Survey will help you and your coach get off to a quick start.
 
- Sign the Client Letter of Agreement. This sets the expectations for working with your coach. Please review and sign the agreement here.
 
- Select your Coach. Search below to find your coach. Each profile includes the coach's professional credentials, areas of expertise, languages spoken, and background information. Click "View Bio" and then "Contact Coach." Add your contact information to the short form and click "Submit." Your coach will contact you within a few days by email, phone, or text.

During your initial four hours of pro bono (no-cost) meetings, your advisor will focus on understanding your current situation and helping you navigate your biggest concerns. You will gain clarity and understanding, which reduces stress. They will help you feel more confident and secure when making financial decisions about your future. After completing the pro bono engagement with your coach, you will discuss options for moving forward—whether that means continuing with pro bono assistance, transitioning to professional services, or concluding the engagement. There is no selling of products or services. There is never any pressure or obligation. You have options so that we are able to personalize the level of assistance you need.

I didn’t know what to expect from this. I was hoping for someone to teach me how to handle our money but preparing for the worst. I was ready to have some guy tell me to invest money I don’t have into things I don’t understand and then tell me to stop shopping, and that is NOT what I got.
